The receipt number is a unique 13-character identifier made up of three letters and 10 numbers. Omit the dashes ("-") when entering a receipt number. However, you may include all other characters, including asterisks ("*"), if they appear in your notification as part of the receipt number. When a receipt number is entered, the Status Check Button will be enabled, and you will be able to check the status.
